If you face the following challenges, this discussion is a must attend:
• Complex Supply Chains:
As supply chains become more global and intricate, it becomes challenging to manage suppliers and product data, leading to potential risks related to food safety and sustainability.
• Data Management Challenges:
Gathering, managing, and analysing supplier performance data from various sources can be cumbersome and prone to errors, hindering the effective implementation of transparency initiatives.
• Communication Barriers:
Effective communication between internal and external stakeholders along the supply chain is essential for ensuring transparency. However, communication breakdowns or silos can impede the flow of information and collaboration.
• Risk Management:
Identifying and mitigating risks within the supply chain, such as foodborne illnesses, contamination, or ethical concerns, requires comprehensive data and proactive strategies.
• Sustainability Goals:
Meeting sustainability objectives, such as reducing carbon footprint or promoting ethical sourcing practices, necessitates transparency throughout the supply chain to ensure compliance and accountability.
• Consumer Expectations:
With increased awareness and demand for transparency from consumers, companies must adapt their practices to meet these expectations or risk losing trust and market share.
A detailed executive summary report will be provided to all attendees. This will contain an anonymised summary of the key talking points.
