Sarah has been part of the Walmart Family for nearly 20 years, working across different Walmart divisions and with Markets across the globe.

Sarah joined ASDA in 2005, this was the start of her journey to provide safe quality food and understanding the importance of putting the customer first.

Prior to starting her career in Food Safety and Quality Sarah was a research scientist achieving a Ph.D in the discipline of Molecular Biology.

Sarah has a keen interest in Food Fraud and is a member of the Food Industry Investigation Network (FIIN).
