With a career spanning 30 years, David has worked across multiple public sector organisations and private sector companies. David previously operated as a Food Safety and Health & Safety regulator working within Environmental Health Services across London and South East England. David also worked across the planning, development and operational phases of the London 2012 Olympic Games within Public Safety and Licensing and health and Safety areas. Post 2012 saw David shift focus to work closely with many national and international companies via the Primary Authority Partnership Scheme.

David has since worked in the hospitality and catering industry as a head of Food Safety and Health & Safety within the West Street Holdings Group. David is currently Food & Product Safety Compliance Manager for Just Eat Takeaway.com, connecting consumers and Partners through its platforms.
